Meet your instructor

Jaime Damkroger

Jaime has always had a passion for connecting with people, which is why she originally set out to be a high school business teacher.   During her undergraduate at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, she was introduced to the Human Resources (HR) profession, which quickly became her true professional passion.  Instead of changing her major as a junior, she decided to obtain two degrees, Secondary Education and Business Administration.  

After starting her career, Jaime went on to obtain her Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nebraska - Omaha (UNO).  She held roles with increasing responsibility at local organizations.  While serving in these roles she continued to fulfill her passion for helping business leaders unlock the potential of their greatest asset - their people.  From entry-level team members to the C-Suite, she believes all team members deserve to be developed to their fullest potential.  

Jaime enjoys being active in her local community.  Today she serves on the UNO Alumni Association Board of Directors, the Spring Ridge Elementary Parent Teacher Association, and is the Secretary of her neighborhood’s Home Owners Association.
